The DoZeee Pet Bed Company strives to exceed customer expectations by offering a bespoke, personal service.
Crate covers and beds are made to each customer's individual requirements, as such refunds can only be offered if the item is faulty. If your item is faulty please ensure you contact me within 14 days of receipt so it can be corrected quickly. Please ensure measurements are as accurate as possible particularly with crate covers. The fabrics used are curtain grade quality cotton which are liable to some shrinkage after washing. Therefore the crate cover may be a little loose when first received. Please ensure all crate covers are washed at 30C only, line dried and NOT tumble dried.

Beds are also made to order and have solid foam bases, not soft fill like so many on the market, this provides your dog or cat with support that won't sag or separate. The base is not washable but is covered with a waterproof, ripstop lining which can be wiped clean. The top cover is made in a pillow case style so there are no buttons, zips or velcro. This is removable and washable. The Polar Fleece is anti-pil and made in Britain. These are also quick drying.
Postage: Postage of crate covers is by Royal Mail, Small Parcels signed for, and for beds or bulky items I use either myHermes or UPS Express service. Postage costs are kept to a minimum. Items will be posted to the address held by Paypal so please ensure this is correct.
Privacy: I do not like spam, cold callers or anything unsolicited so personally I can absolutely assure you that your order details will only be held on record by me to ascertain what you have bought and no-one will be able to access these records. During the payment process your details remain secure through the Paypal process and no payment details are passed to me.
